SEC Baseball Tournament Information
The 2002 Southeastern Conference Baseball Tournament is less than one month
away. The tournament returns to Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Birmingham,
Ala., May 22-26, to determine who will be the SEC’s automatic qualifier to the
NCAA Baseball Tournament.
In previous years at the Hoover Met, the SEC Tournament has enjoyed
record-setting crowds. This year promises to be no different. Below are
details on how fans wishing to attend this year’s tournament can get their
tickets and enjoy the action.
RESERVED SEATING
Reserved seats are still available for the SEC Baseball Tournament at the
Hoover Met. The SEC Tournament has had 12 sessions of more than 9,000 fans in
the last four years. Don’t be left out. A reserved ticket is the only
guaranteed seat in the stadium for some of the biggest games in the tournament.
Tickets are $90 for a reserved ticket book for the entire tournament. Single
game reserved tickets are $15 and only available only during the week of the

DR PEPPER SIX-PACK TICKETS
Fans have the convenience of ordering Dr Pepper Six-Pack General Admission
Tickets Books to the SEC Baseball Tournament. The ticket books contain six
general admission tickets and can be used all on one game or six different
games. Dr Pepper Six-Pack General Admission Ticket Books are $48 and can be
bought up until the week of the tournament.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET BOOKS
General Admission Ticket Books are being sold for the SEC Baseball
Tournament. The books contain nine general admission tickets, one for each
session of the tournament. General Admission Ticket Books are $65 each and can
be bought up until the week of the tournament.
RV PARKING
Fans that wish to bring their recreational vehicle to the SEC Baseball
Tournament can use the Hoover Met’s new RV Accommodation Area. For just $100
for the week of the tournament, fans can park their RVs in the new area and use
amenities such as water and sanitary connections, 50, 30 & 20 AMP electrical
service connections and daily garbage pick-up. There is also additional site
space to accommodate canopy extension and/or an additional car. The RV Area is
just a short walk from the front entrance of the Hoover Met. For reservations,
