ATLANTA - Shamar Arnoux is firmly on Georgia's radar.
The four-star defensive back at Carrollton High School decommitted from Tennessee earlier this spring. That decision came during a visit to Athens in February.
Even without an offer, Georgia now has a place among Arnoux's top schools.
