Lamont Gaillard paid a visit to Athens this weekend knowing there was a good chance he'd be ready to make a decision regarding his collegiate future.
That's just when he did, when the four-star defensive lineman became Georgia's 16th verbal commitment Saturday afternoon.
"I brought my mom and family down and they loved it so I felt good with my decision," Gaillard told UGASports.
The 6-foot-2, 328 pounder also held offers from 12 schools, including Alabama, Clemson, Florida and Notre Dame.
He's the third defensive lineman to commit to the Bulldogs, joining Kendall Baker and Dontavius Russell.
More to come.
