Tracy Rocker is no longer a part of the Georgia football coaching staff, UGASports.com has learned.

Georgia Sports Information director Claude Felton confirmed the news, although the circumstances of why are not yet clear.

Rocker just completed his third season last fall with the Bulldogs, serving as the defensive line coach since 2014 before adding the title of Associate Head Coach in 2015.

Outside linebackers coach Kevin Sherrer and Rocker were the lone holdovers kept by head coach Kirby Smart from Mark Richt’s former staff.

Rocker came to Georgia after three years as the defensive line coach with the Tennessee Titans after spending the previous two seasons as the defensive line coach at Auburn.

The former Outland Trophy and Lombardi Award winner also served stints at Ole Miss, Arkansas, Cincinnati and Troy.

He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame in 2005.

More to come.
