Rachad Wildgoose commits to Georgia

Georgia received more good news on Friday night following the second day of Kirby Smart's camp as cornerback Rachad Wildgoose JR. decided to end his recruitment and commit to Georgia.

"There were a lot of reasons, I've been thinking about for a while," Wildgoose told UGASports. "Everything about Georgia stands out. The coaches, the campus, really everything is great."

Wildgoose earned an offer from Georgia last month during spring practice at his school. He chose Georgia over Florida, Maryland, Wisconsin, NC State and Ole Miss. He's firm in his decision.

"I'm going to take some visits, but I'm 100% committed to Georgia," Wildgoose said.

Wildgoose was the second prospect to pick Georgia tonight following four-star offensive lineman Warren Ericson. The Bulldogs now have five commitments in the 2018 class with Jaevon Becton also committing earlier this week.
