Fran Brown has always been real with Kenneth Woseley.

He told Woseley that he didn't feel impressed watching his freshman film. But he also noted that the 2024 corner from Philadelphia grew leaps and bounds into his sophomore season last fall.

That growth led to a surprising offer from the Bulldogs on Tuesday.

"To be honest, I was shocked," Woseley said.
