Georgia has lost one of its tight ends.

Ryland Goede announced that he will be entering the transfer portal as a graduate transfer. The Kennesaw native announced the news via Twitter.

Goede appeared in 19 games for the Bulldogs during his four seasons in Athens. Shoulder surgery cost him the entire 2019 season.

Georgia tight end Brett Seither has also been speculated as a player who could enter the transfer portal. If Darnell Washington goes to the NFL as expected, that would leave the Bulldogs with Brock Bowers, Oscar Delp, Pearce Spurlin, and Lawson Luckie in the room.
