First SEC visit brings an offer for offensive lineman Carter Jones
Carter Jones had no expectations for his first visit to an SEC school.
The 2027 offensive lineman from Virginia made the trip to Georgia for the Bulldogs' March 15 practice. After that practice, Jones and his family stood around talking with the wife of offensive line coach Stacy Searels.
Then Searels himself provided an offer that has shaken up Jones' recruitment.
