Both were booked at about 6:00 a.m.
Barnes is currently listed as the Bulldogs third string quarterback behind starter Matthew Stafford and back-up Joe Cox.
Chandler, who was the only tight end to finish spring camp healthy, caught two passes last season and one touchdown. His main back-up, senior Coleman Watson who missed the G-Day game injured, caught one.
Watson, redshirt freshman NaDerris Ward, and freshmen Aron White and Bruce Figgins are all expected to be ready to go when fall camp begins in August. White, who was named the nation's number one tight end prospect by Rivals.com, had been being considered to get his first shot at receiver, but that could change if Chandler receives a likely suspension.
