The Players' Poll - State of Georgia rankings

While Rivals.com has national rankings, state rankings and position rankings, we here at UGASports wanted to do something a little different.

Over the next few days we will be releasing three State of Georgia prospect rankings. Nothing different in that, but it was the way these lists were devised that is different

The first one was compiled by having the actual prospects we cover give us their top 15 players in the state. The second one was voted on by a number of high school coaches in Georgia, the men who have to gameplan against these top prospects. The last one will be who we as a staff voted as the top players in the Peach State.

First up, the Players' Poll, is comprised of the lists sent into us by recruits from all over the state. These prospects play against each other, attend camps with each other and watch each others' film. Each gave us his picks for the top 15 players in the state. This list will change as more recruits add their voices, but as it stands, most of the top players in Georgia have already voted.

Some notes:

• All of the lists are being kept anonymous. No one knows who voted for who.

• Only two players put themselves at the top of the list.

• Two Georgia commits turned in lists without adding their own names to their top 15. One said, "I am not anyone" while the other said, "I know what kind of player I am."

So here is the link the first edition of the Player Poll for 2017.

To the remaining Class of 2017 recruits who want to submit their votes, send them via DM or text Jake Reuse or Trent Smallwood.
