Carter Scruggs needed another visit to Athens.

The Rivals250 offensive lineman visited Georgia in the spring of 2024, earning an offer while in town. But he didn't get to see as much of the campus or learn as much about the program as he would have liked.

Scruggs returned to Georgia for a Junior Day on February 1. He left that visit with Georgia as a top school and with an official visit to Athens locked in.
