Dawgs add 2015 RB

That didn't take long.
Around 2:00 p.m. today, UGASports broke the news that running back Chris Carson

had flipped his commitment from Georgia To Oklahoma State. Eight hours later we
found out that Carson's spot had been filled.
Tae Crowder, a running back from Harris County High School in Hamilton
Georgia, received a call from Mark Richt 20 minutes ago and was offered a
scholarship to play in Athens.
"It was like a dream come true, "Crowder said. "I just talked to Coach Richt and
we got everything taken care of."
The 6-foot-2, 220-pound senior was committed to Georgia Southern before his flip
to Georgia. He rushed for almost 2000 yards last year. Crowder had 16
scholarship offers, one of which was from Marshall. Georgia recently hired
Marshall's Director of Recruiting, Todd Hartley.
"Coach Hartley was recruiting me at Marshall but Georgia looked at my films and
they really liked it and wanted me to come to Georgia as a running back,"
Crowder said. "It is a dream school. It was something I couldn't turn down."
A versatile athlete that actually competed at a Rivals camp as a tight end,
Crowder is a lifelong Georgia fan.
"I have their stuff all over my bathroom," Crowder said. "I committed right then
and Mark Richt was real happy. He was excited and said he liked the film. He
said he was glad to have me between the hedges."
Crowder committed without visiting Georgia.
"No I have never visited," Crowder said. "They are gong to set all that up for
me soon."
