The Good: Molden is one of the real hidden gems in this class after a strong late career in the Ohio Valley Conference. He is a 'tweener corner/safety with the athleticism and skill set to play each spot in the pros. He has fine footwork and the hands to make big plays. He is a player that is comfortable with the physical part of the game and will come up in run support. His speed for a corner is slightly above average, though he does lose something in transition.
The Bad: He needs to show improved man-to-man cover skills and better awareness in zone schemes. He is somewhat raw overall after only two full seasons as a starter. His level of competition in the OVC is a bit of a concern.
