Is UGA a fit for Kim?

Mill Creek offensive lineman Kaleb Kim has been a busy man on the recruiting trail of late.
The 6-foot-4, 288 pounder has made recent visits to Alabama, Auburn, and Boston College, and on Thursday, he visited Georgia for the first time since the Bulldogs offered in early January.
"We got there around 3:30 (p.m.) and left around 7 (p.m)," Kim said of his visit to Georgia. "It went well. I talked to Coach (Will) Friend a lot. I wanted to see how I fit in there. That was the main purpose of the visit."
According to Kim, Friend's pitch centered around how much the four-star lineman is wanted in Athens.
"A lot of our conversation centered around how good of a fit I am there," he said. "Coach Friend was just telling me how much they want me there and how they see me as an interior guy. They want me to play guard."
Although the visit went well according to Kim, the midweek trip to Athens didn't alter how he views UGA.
But no worries for Georgia fans as Kim says that he already held the Bulldogs in high regard.
"It didn't change anything," Kim said when asked if this visit affected how he views Georgia. "I really like how it is close to home. I like the academics there. It is right down the street, pretty much, so my parents would be able to come see me play. Georgia is just such a great school. I really like Coach Friend. It is close to home and that is why they are up at the top of the schools I am considering."
Kim claims no leaders at this time, but he is hoping that visits in the near future will help him narrow things down.
"I definitely want to get up to Duke," he said. "I want to visit FSU and probably Alabama again. I like Auburn, too. I want to visit there again. I'll definitely be back at Georgia for spring practice and maybe the spring game. I'll probably just do that (visit spring practices) from now on instead of junior days."
Those waiting on the Rivals250 lineman to make his decision might not have to wait long.
Kim, who recently had surgery on his wrist but will still take part in his team's spring football practices, plans to decide before the start of his final season as a Mill Creek Hill.
"I think I'll probably decide sometime during the summer," he said. "I could do it as early as spring ball. I think I will have it done by the start of football season for sure."
