Griffin makes even practice exciting

CLINTON, Okla. - As a reporter watching high school football practice is part of the job and probably one of the least exciting occupational requirements. However, getting to see players like four-star running back Delans Griffin makes even a practice worth watching.

The 5-foot-9, 175-pound back is a walking, talking highlight reel but that being said don't expect any type of ego from the school's star back who helped lead arguably Oklahoma's greatest high school program to the class 3A state semi-finals last year.

Griffin, who already holds offers from the likes of Arizona, Missouri, Kansas, Texas Tech, Oregon, and Tulsa among others, made one dazzling run after another in spite of an offensive line performance on the day that was by all accounts lackluster.
