San Diego OL lands two offers

Offensive lineman Alex Crosthwaite (6-5, 298, 5.1) from San Diego (Calif.) Cathedral has picked up his first two offers. The first one came from a Pac 10 school, while offer number two came from the Mountain West.

Crosthwaite first gained notoriety for opening holes for the Golden State's leading rusher for season of 2008 in Stanford bound, Tyler Gaffney. Now he's making a name for himself as he picked up his first offer from Arizona and now hometown school, San Diego State is hoping to keep Crosthwaite close to home with an offer.

"It feels great," Crosthwaite said regarding his two offers. "I really like both schools, too."

As a junior, Crosthwaite earned all-state, first-team all-league and second-team San Diego Section all-CIF.
