Dilbeck hopes for great things ahead

The pipeline from Oregon State to the state of Oklahoma has been established, and it all started in the summer when Dax Dilbeck made his commitment to the Beavers. The hyper-athletic 6-foot-1, 171-pound athlete from Deer Creek High School hasn't looked back since. The recently crowned homecoming king has kept close tabs with the Beavers coaching staff while watching the team compete, all while putting together a fantastic senior campaign.

"We've been going pretty good - we're 4-1 so far, 2-0 in district, and we're getting better every game," Dilbeck said. "We're where we want to be. I've been playing good and this year when defenses have been keying in on me, we have a lot of other guys who are stepping up. The summer was really good preparation for me getting to play against all the top guys all over the country - it really helped a lot."
