Washington talks recruiting
The summer has been a relatively quiet one for Dijon Washington. The four-star rated 6-foot, 173-pound defensive back prospect from Leuzinger High School in Lawndale, California eschewed the camp and combine circuit for the most part and focused on individual work instead. The move hasn't hurt his college recruitment one bit as he's been hearing consistently from a number of different schools, including Oregon State, as he prepares for his final year of high school football.
"Right now, I'm pretty much getting ready for the season," Washington said. "I've been working out, lifting, doing conditioning - pretty much working on coverage, techniques, and trying to get stronger."
