'Baby D' makes six WVU commits

West Virginia scored its second all-star commitment from Hampton (Va.) Phoebus High this morning when Phantom coach Bill Dee announced that Dominik Davenport was going to be a Mountaineer when the National Letter of Intent period begins in February.

Dee and VirginiaPreps.com reported that the 6-foot-1, 255-pound defensive tackle had committed from the school in the Virginia Tidewater. He joins Phoebus quarterback Tajh Boyd in the 2009 freshman class at Camp Mountaineer.
