Five to Follow: Wide receivers

Video Highlights

Early Offers: Auburn, Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, North Carolina, Colorado, among others
Recruited by: Terry Price
Early Competition: Alabama
The Skinny: Kelly is one of two top recruits at Gadsden this year, the other being five-star CB Dre Kirkpatrick. Kelly is arguably the state's top receiver with good size, speed and hands to go along with it. He visited Auburn for the Tigers' A-Day game and left impressed not only with the overall atmosphere, but with Auburn's new look on offense as well. Rivals.com rates Kelly the No. 98 overall prospect in the country and No. 17 wide receiver.
Quoting Kelly on his Auburn A-Day visit… "I really liked it. I really like the new offense. It's really good and it's something new. They were spreading it out. They weren't just keying on one guy, a lot of guys caught passes. I had a good time. I just like that new offense, and the campus, the coaches, the environment. I like a lot of things about Auburn."
