Crenshaw would like to follow Harmon
One of the top players in Georgia last year came out of Jefferson County in A.J. Harmon and Chris Crenshaw hopes to follow in his footsteps. The quick rush end visited the University of Georgia last weekend and he enjoyed it.
"It was my first visit to Georgia and it was all real nice," said Crenshaw. "I have heard about Georgia from A.J. and others around here, so it was cool to see it."
"I got to sit in on the team meetings and I talked to Coach [Jon] Fabris a little bit. We did not talk much about recruiting, more of just general conversation."
"I also saw their first scrimmage and that was cool. They were really hitting hard, competing, and they even got into a few fights out there. They really work hard all the time and I like that."
The 6-foot-3, 220-pound end likes the Dawgs and he would like to follow his former teammate and 2008 UGA signee A.J. Harmon to Athens if the opportunity presented itself.
"Me and A.J. are real close," he said. "He is like a brother to me and I would like to play with him at Georgia."
