Maryland DE to take in Junior Days

It's shaping up to be a big week for Gaithersburg, Md., defensive end Sean Stanley. On Tuesday, Stanley captured a state championship in indoor track, for the shot put, with a throw of 54 feet, 11 inches. It's already his second indoor state championship. He also won a state championship last spring in track, with a throw of 52 feet.

This past season at Gaithersburg, he was a first-team All-Metro selection. Stanley finished the season with 37 tackles for losses and 17 sacks. He is being recruited by several schools as a strongside defensive end.
