Exclusive Video: Ware is a Dawg

Georgia signed a point guard last year in Zac Swansey and he will be the only scholarship player at that position after this season is complete. Sundiata Gaines will graduate and move on and that will open up a slot for 2008 signee Dustin Ware. The speedy ball handler made everything official on Wednesday when he signed with UGA.

Ware was joined by his parents, his younger brother, his former coach, his current coach, his trainer, a few friends and the Dean of North Cobb Christian Wednesday afternoon as he signed with the University of Georgia.

Almost a year ago to the day Ware verbally committed to the Dawgs and he never wavered once. The point guard has been waiting for this day for a year and it finally came.

The 6-foot point guard is more than just a basketball player and the people closest to him talked about that before he signed the papers.

You can hear Ware's former coach in AAU, his current coach at North Cobb Christian and the Dean of NCC all speak highly on Ware and what he is on and off the court.

Watch that and see Ware sign officially with the University of Georgia here.
