Kearse is on Fire

Tacoma Washington's Jermaine Kearse is of the hottest recruits on the nation. When we began breaking stories on Kearse last fall, he was trying to gain his first offer. A few months later, almost everyone in the Pac-10 has offered Kearse.

"I have a few visits set up already. I am visiting Cal on Nov 2nd and Oregon State on November 19th. I will make it to Arizona State sometime this fall. I still have my Washington visit set up and I am looking forward to that," he said.

"I am averaging over twenty yards a catch right now. We are undefeated and are playing well," he said. Kearse is a deep threat receiver who continues to impress college scouts across the nation. Although he is a legit threat on both sides of the ball, Kearse plans on playing the receiver position at the next level.

Last week Kearse also received some good news. "I will be playing in the Army All American game. I believe that my teammate Kavario Middleton will also be playing aside me," said Kearse. Lakes High School of Tacoma Washington is off to a great start. "We are 6-0 and are aiming for a state title," he said.

Kearse does not plan on making a decision anytime soon. "I will take all my visits. The most important thing is how comfortable I feel. This is a big decision and I want to make the right decision."
