First look: Tigers take on Oklahoma

If last week was the biggest game of Missouri's season, what does that make this week? The Tigers have their highest ranking in the national polls since October 4th, 1981, when Missouri was the No. 9 team in the nation. The games simply get bigger each and every week at this point in the season. The challenge is to replicate the effort the Tigers turned in against Nebraska on a weekly basis.

"I was really proud of our football team. I've had games like that. I haven't had enough of them, but I've had some games like that before," Gary Pinkel said. "The challenge we have this week will be as great as any we'll have all season."

"You've got to win them all to be the North champion," said Martin Rucker. "You can't just beat Nebraska and then everybody's going to lay down and you're going to be the North champion."

This week in Norman, OK, the Tigers will face an Oklahoma team that is ranked sixth in the country. Indicating just how big a game this is, ESPN's College Game Day crew will be on hand to preview the matchup Saturday morning.
