There was probably no more effective cornerback tandem in the Southeastern Conference last year than LSU's Chevis Jackson and Jonathan Zenon. Those two players started every game at corner a year ago and are back to be the leaders of the secondary in 2007.
"I don't feel like an old man, but I have been back in the secondary for awhile," said Jackson, who has started 25 games in his career. "I've been looking up to LaRon and Jessie and even Corey (Webster). At times, I seem like a savvy vet."
