Carter impressed with Duke

The Duke football coaching staff has opened the eyes of many with their early jump in the 2008 recruiting class. With 10 players already verbally committed, the Blue Devils will look to only sign around six to seven more players in the class. One prospect that head coach Ted Roof would love to bring to Durham is C.D. Hylton High (Woodbridge, Va.) athlete Morgan Carter.

Carter, a versatile 6-foot-3, 210-pound prospect, recently completed a busy summer that included visits to more than 10 schools.

He has visited Michigan State, Purdue, Boston College, Temple, Rutgers, UConn, Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Georgia Tech and Ohio State.
