Q&A with Thomas Brown

It has been nine months since Thomas Brown tore his ACL, which is an injury that typically takes a year or more to completely heal. Do not tell that to Thomas Brown, however, he is back in action with full contact and ready for the 2007 season.

UGASports caught up with Brown after practice to see how things are going.

"It is good to have him back with the team. He is going to do a good job this season helping us out with Kregg and Caleb. [He and Kregg] have done a great job of helping me, and now helping Caleb get used to the speed of the game and all the steps." -- Knowshon Moreno

How has Caleb King been looking so far?

"He is very talented, but like any freshman he is going to have to pick up the system. He is going to have to get used to the game speed as a freshman because it is a lot faster than it was in high school as I learned as a freshman. People hit here just a little bit harder, but you can't flinch a bit."
