Wisconsin commit adds new offers

It seems that it is getting harder and harder to find a pure cover corner in Texas these days. There are plenty of safeties and a few corner/safety hybrids, but the cornerback seems to be a dying breed.

Therefore, when one shows up on the radar, he immediately becomes a very hot commodity. This is the case for Mansfield Timberview's Marcus Cromartie.

While the 6-foot, 165 pound Cromartie made a verbal commitment to the Wisconsin Badgers a few weeks ago, that has not stopped other schools from recruiting the 2008 prospect. He has been offered by Florida, Kansas, Iowa State and the Air Force Academy. However, his most recent offer came from an in-state school.
