GA LB gets offer he's been waiting for

The University of Georgia has always been a school that linebacker Steven Sylvester has been interested in. He has camped at Georgia each summer over the last two years and he thought he was going to have to camp there one more time to earn that offer from the Dawgs. He is no longer going to have to do that because Georgia offered Sylvester a scholarship recently.

"Georgia coaches (John Jancek and Willie Martinez) came out to watch me practice on Saturday and they offered later that day after they left," said Sylvester. "We were actually taking a break from practice when Georgia called my head coach and told him they wanted to offer me as a linebacker."
