Borges, Muschamp talk second scrimmage

The verdict is in from last Saturday's scrimmage.

After a weekend spent watching and grading their players' performances, Auburn's coordinators gave their verdict Tuesday.

The consensus shouldn't really surprise anyone who watched the scrimmage.

Offensive coordinator Al Borges said the offense was inconsistent, but much improved over the previous week's performance.

"We had a patch where we weren't very good, but overall I thought we were better," Borges said. "We're still not as well-oiled as I'd like, but it's spring football, and all that stuff comes with spring football. We got a lot out of it."
