Duke pursuing strong armed Georgian
Building a solid foundation in a football program requires quality depth at quarterback, which is why Duke coach Ted Roof wants to add a quality signal caller in every recruiting class.
A few offers to quarterbacks have already gone out for the class of 2008, including one to Hartwell (Ga.) Hart County passer Kurvin Curry, who updated Devils Illustrated Monday night.
Curry stands barely six feet tall but that hasn't stopped some of the southeast's best football programs from showering a good bit of early interest his way. The 175 pounder said in addition to the offer he has already received from Duke, he's getting the most additional interest from Georgia Tech, Clemson, Georgia, Auburn, and Wake Forest.
