Four-star Trent high on Hawks?

Like many of the top prospects from the class of 2008, Clarence Trent is taking his time with the recruiting process. The 6-foot-7, 200-pound small forward from Gig Harbor (WA) High School has quite a few high-major programs involved in his recruitment, but the four-star prospect is focused on District Play, which begins tonight. Jayhawk Slant has the latest update on Trent and where the Kansas Jayhawks stand on his list.

Because of his performance on the court, Trent, the No. 33 ranked player in the class of 2008, has clearly impressed a number of high-major programs. Throughout his recruitment, programs such as Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Washington, Arizona, Illinois, Louisville and Gonzaga have expressed a high amount of interest in the talented small forward.
