Foster's dream now a reality
Steven Foster's dream of playing football at the University of Kansas became a reality on Wednesday morning. With family and friends in attendance, the 6-foot-3, 230-pound fullback from Sedgwick (KS) High School signed his Letter-of-Intent with the Kansas Jayhawks. Jayhawk Slant just spoke to Foster, a three-star prospect, about his signing day experience and what it means to officially be a member of the KU football family.
For as long as he can remember, Foster, the No. 13 ranked fullback in the class of 2007, dreamed of one day wearing the Crimson and Blue uniform. Growing up in the state of Kansas, he wanted nothing more than to one day be a Jayhawk.
