Jackson talks about change

The sudden departure of former Illini offensive line coach Ed Warriner to Kansas to serve as the Jayhawks offensive coordinator surprised not only Illini fans, but recruits as well.

Warriner recruited 6-foot-6, 300-pound Mark Jackson from Cincinnati Harmony Prep to play on the offensive line. Jackson recently commented on Warriner's decision to leave.

Jackson plans to officially sign his letter-of-intent with Illinois at a ceremony at Harmony Prep in Cincinnati. He picked the Illini over offers from Oklahoma, Michigan, West Virginia, and Indiana among others.
