Back names his leader

6-foot, 220-pound Harrisburg (Pa.) running back Daries Hodge's 1,700 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns played a bit part in his team's 10-2 record this season. Now that Hodge's high school career is complete, choosing a college becomes top priority.

"Illinois, Michigan St., Tennessee, and Akron are the schools I'm looking at right now," Hodge said. "No one has given me an official written offer yet. I would call Illinois my leader right now. I just really like where they're headed."

What is it about the direction of Illinois' program that has Hodge so intrigued?
