Four-star sets first visit

Four-star offensive tackle Kristofer O'Dowd (6-5, 315, 5.16) from Tucson (Ariz.) Salpointe Catholic has a very busy agenda in the near future. His season starts this coming Friday September 1st and he has set his first official visit two weeks later.

O'Dowd and his Salpointe Catholic teammates will hookup with rival Vail (Ariz.) Cienega.

"They beat us a year ago on a goal line stand as the time ran out," O'Dowd said. "We could have beat them easily, but made mistakes on the last play. We will be ready this Friday.

Besides working his tail off to get ready for the season, O'Dowd one of the most sought after linemen on the west coast and he has made one college very happy by setting up an official visit.

"I will visit Tennessee when they play Florida (September 16th)," O'Dowd said. "I'm going to set the rest of my official visits by the end of next week."
