Keystone State fullback high on the Buffaloes
Talented fullback prospects at the high school level are hard to find these days. Devan Johnson has drawn some interest from colleges as a linebacker prospect, but it's at the fullback position that he hopes to further his football career.
The 6-foot-1, 232-pounder from Pittsburgh (Pa.) Woodland Hills is a half-brother of former Pitt running back Kevin Barlow, who now plays for the San Francisco 49ers.
Johnson claims scholarship offers from Akron and Temple and verbal offers from Colorado and Kent. Cincinnati, Arizona State, Michigan, Michigan State and Pittsburgh have also shown some form of interest.
