Washington looking for well-rounded school
St. Mary's College Prep School in Orchard Lake has established itself as one of the top talent producing schools in the state of Michigan. The program has sent many players to Big Ten schools over the past few years and has four players in the Class of 2007 that have already landed scholarship offers from Division I programs.
St. Mary's wide receiver Taurian Washington (6-foot-2, 180 pounds) is one of the four that will attempt to carry out the school's excellent track record of sending players to college progams.
Washington currently holds in the neighborhood of 15 offers from schools, most of which are scattered throughout Big Ten country. He has also generated interest from a few ACC schools.
He received scholarship offer a few months ago from Penn State.
