NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Sometimes it only seems like yesterday when a favorite Buckeye was still suiting up in the Scarlet and Gray and for many it didn't seem like all that long ago when Chris Sanders was catching touchdowns at Ohio Stadium. Now the former wideout has a son who is getting a look with C.J. Sanders who is a class of 2015 star out of Brentwood Academy in suburban Nashville.

The legacy recruit already is reporting offers from Stanford, Tennessee and Mississippi State but would love to land one from his father's alma mater, Ohio State. It should create for some interesting conversations with his mother being an alumni (and former point guard) for the Michigan Wolverines.

If you think you have seen Sanders before, you probably have. The acting bug has caught ahold of Sanders and he was in the motion picture of Ray, where he starred as the younger version of Jamie Foxx's Ray Charles character. Believe it or not, Sanders is able to take some of what he has learned from the world of acting to the world of athletics and explains in our interview.

We caught up with Sanders and asked him about his acting career as well as what he wants to accomplish in the world of football as well among many topics during our exclusive interview here on the Southern Swing for BuckeyeGrove.com. Check out what he had to say in this interview that you won't see anywhere else.
