Snyder: 'The youngsters responded'

Kansas State faced an early bye week and although head coach Bill Snyder on Monday indicated that it remains to be seen if the Wildcats wholly improved during it, the additional time to correct mistakes "was probably a benefit to us." Teams sometimes improve the most between the first two games and Snyder hopes that'll be the case as the Wildcats prepare to face Kent State on Saturday.
