Sooners Contemplating New QB Offer?
Just because Matt Davis wasn't part of all of them that doesn't mean he has forgotten them, in spite of being injured for almost every snap of Klein (Texas) Forest's season, he remembers every single loss.
Whether it be by the wrong end of a blowout or a last second touchdown every time Forest fell it suck sticks with the 6-foot-2, 202-pound signal-caller.
Storing every loss in the back of his mind it's that feeling of emptiness that drives the star studded quarterback for perfection.
With already 19 scholarship offers from schools including the likes of Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, TCU, and Texas A&M Davis knows he will be the talk of the crowd every Friday night when he laces up the cleats and straps on the helmet.
But perhaps it's the talk of who could be offer No. 20 that has many throughout the Sooner state turning their heads.
Already set to make his first to trip to the Oklahoma campus on April 8 the Houston area product knows there is still a long way to go in his recruitment as interest from the Sooners co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Josh Heupel continues to stay constant.
"I will be coming up there on the 8 and then I think we are going to come back on the 9. Coach Heupel and I have talked a few times in the past...
