Desir has options

Syracuse hosted Ritchey Desir on a visit almost a month ago and coming off of that visit he has a solid view of the program. A few weeks have passed and CuseConfidential.com caught up with the prospect to see what he has been up to.

"I went to Florida International last week and I am going to Western Michigan this week," Desir said.

Desir, 6-foot-1, 175 pounds took the visit to Florida International and met up with a couple former teammates. Having teammates at the school was something Desir liked, another item stuck out as well.

"We have two former teammates out there. The coaches are pretty good and easy to get along with."

This weekend he heads to Western Michigan where he is also fond of the coaches like at Florida International and Syracuse.

"Their coaches are easy to get along with and I can talk with them if I have any questions or problems."

After this weekend the three star prospect will have three visits down, but is in no rush to make a decision.

"I am just taking my visits and when I am done I will sit down with my coaches and my parents and we will talk about it."

With only a few visits in the books does Desir still does not have any favorites from his list.

"It is not even about leaders I am just trying to find a place that fits me."

What kind of place is Desir looking for?

"I am looking for a place where I feel that I will get the right education, a winning program, and where I will be playing. That is most important."
