Target Spotlight: Cyrus Kouandjio
The Alabama football program is zeroing in on perhaps their third top-ranked recruiting class in four years. In this new feature, BOL takes a look at each of the Tide's top remaining targets in-depth as we head into the three months before Signing Day 2011. In this installment, we take a look at Hyattsville (MD) DeMatha offensive tackle Cyrus Kouandjio.

Schools That Are In It:"Michigan and South Florida are the two most recent offers to come in. I had a really busy spring visiting Iowa, New Mexico, Alabama, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Penn State. I've learned a lot in the past few months."
Senior Season News:"I'm going to New Mexico next month and will at some point be taking visits to UCLA, Alabama, Miami, Georgia, Florida and Florida State. I'm not going to any camps, these will just be unofficial visits that I will try to fit in when I can. Nothing is set in stone yet."
Will Remind You Of: "Coach (Mike) Locksley is from our area originally and he and I have a lot in common. I really admire him and I feel like we have a great connection. I think I would probably have a great chance at early playing time there but the biggest reason I like New Mexico is that I have a lot of friends that go there. It would be a really comfortable situation for me."
The Latest: "I'm really not sick of it at all. I'm enjoying the whole thing to the fullest. This is a really rare opportunity and I understand that. I've got an opportunity to go almost anywhere I want for college and I want to make sure I really give this some thought and get to know every coach. It's a process that I enjoy."
Tim Watts Says: "Arie and I talk all the time but it's really just the same kind of stuff we've always talked about, just personal things. Arie and I don't really talk football with each other. There are plenty of other people we can talk about that with. Arie and I talk about everything except football. I know Arie loves it at Alabama but he would never try to recruit me or anything."
