2010 Sunflower Showdown nears kick off

While Kansas State looks to bounce back from an embarrassing loss to Nebraska, Kansas enters Thursday night's contest fresh off a bye-week as the instate rivals meet for the 100th consecutive year. However, more than bragging rights and the Governor's Cup will be at stake in this Sunflower Showdown in Lawrence. Kansas, which has won four of the last six in the series, has a chance to achieve a feat that last touched on the Gerald Ford administration.
