Brown can't make junior day, still picks up offer

Irving (Texas) MacArthur has sent quite a few players to the Division I ranks over the past couple of years. The school has been a hotbed for college recruiters and the trend looks to be continuing in class of 2011 with cornerback Jalen Brown.

The 6-foot, 173-pound defender was supposed to make his way down to College Station for a junior day at Texas A&M on Sunday, but the plans fell through at the last minute. He is hoping to reschedule the trip.
