The current situation is far from desirable, but Michael Bishop isn't returning to take snaps for Kansas State anytime soon. Six weeks into the season, the Wildcats' quarterback position remains up for grabs, and unfortunately for head coach Bill Snyder, the ongoing competition isn't the result of two blue chip signal-callers elevating their games at a similar pace. Neither junior Carson Coffman nor senior Grant Gregory have been able to wow coaches or create separation, leaving the most important position on the football field hanging in the balance.
