It is late in the season for the 2008 Bulldog signees and the 2009 commitment as we the playoffs are in full swing. The good thing is all four are still playing and going for the championship. We caught up with the future Dawgs to see how they did last week, who they play next, and when that game takes place.

Dustin Ware: "We beat Mt Vernon for the region title last Friday 65-51. It was good to win that but now we have bigger goals to achieve."
"We beat Stratford Academy 62-46 on Thursday and I had 13 points, six rebounds, three steals and nine assists. On Saturday we beat Southland Academy 70-28. I had 21 points, six rebounds and six assists. We play Tattnall Square Academy on Thursday in the state semis."

Drazen Zlovaric: "Tonight we beat a Canadian team by 51 points. We beat Oak Hill last week, it was close at half, but we pulled away soon into second half. I did not play much at first when I got here, but now I play some regularly. I had seven points and seven rebounds in about ten-fifteen minutes of play. They are spreading time out to get us ready for nationals in two weeks in New York."
"I am excited about chance to get a National Championship in High School. Coach Felton and Coach Oliver were here today, they cannot wait to get me down there. They need a guy like me to create mismatches at shooting guard, there are not many players my size who can play and defend the position. I need to hit weights after season and gain about 15 pounds before I get to Athens."
Howard Thompkins: "We overcame adversity and finally triumphed over a good Greater Atlanta Christian team. It was a defensive struggle as I think neither one of us had over 45 points. It was our lowest scoring game of year."
