Starks staying at WR
MORGANTOWN--Bradley Starks will spend five days with Jeff Mullen and the quarterbacks; then he returns to wide receivers coach Lonnie Galloway--probably for good.
"He will spend the first five days of practice with me as a full-time quarterback. The majority of those days are spent in installation. We want to make sure we have somebody who we can go to . . . just in case," said Mullen, the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
