Regarded as a rare talent, Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde defensive end Ronald Powell is finally a five-star recruit.

After being ranked the No. 13 best player in the nation two months ago, Powell moved up a spot to garner the No. 1 ranking in California and a fifth star.
